Garima Bikas Bank announces 8th AGM, offering 20% bonus and 25% right

Garima Bikas Bank Ltd has announced its 8th Annual General Meeting to be held on 9th Mangsir 2071, for this purpose shareholders book will remain closed from 25th kartik to 9th Mangsir.

The bank has scheduled its AGM on 9th Mangsir at Hotel Pokhara Grand, Pokhara.  

The bank has also proposed 20 percent bonus share which is subject to the approval of the AGM and also offering 25 percent right share in the near future.

There is also an election of 3 public directors in the AGM.
